Stuart is a born Caymanian with over 20 years in the law enforcement and private security space. Joined The Security Centre Limited in 2000 and over the course of 15 years, increased annual revenue from US$1m to over $15m by 2016. Co-founded SCI in 2005, Strategic Wealth Preservation (SWP) in 2014, SCI (USA) in 2015 and lead the group through several other M&A’s. Outside of business, Stuart served two terms as the President of the Cayman Chamber of Commerce, held various appointments on Government Boards and was involved at board level on the Rotary Club of Grand Cayman, Cayman Crime Stoppers and Crime Stoppers International.
Roberta Bostock has over 20 years in corporate communications, special projects and event management for both the private and public sectors. She has written for several business and travel publications, been key in the development of a national film festival, as well as winning the prestigious Chamber of Commerce Gold Award for Marketing Excellence in the North American and Caribbean region.
Herman is a native Bermudan who has enjoyed a varied career in aviation, transport and security. He holds a BSc degree in Air Commerce and Flight Technology and an MBA. He joined the Bermuda Government in 1983, becoming the Director of Civil Aviation in 1994 and Permanent Secretary to the Ministry of Transport and Aviation in 1999. His acquisition of BSG took place in 2002 and he is also a co-founder of SCI and SWP and sits as a Board Member for several public and private organizations.
Shaun has been actively involved in the security industry since 1993, working in the UK, Hong Kong and Australia, and joined The Security Centre Group in 2005. Shaun took the lead of the Electronic Systems Design and Sales team in 2006 and has successfully designed and implemented large security contracts in the Caribbean, including National Surveillance Systems in Cayman Islands, The Commonwealth of Bahamas, and Antigua and Barbuda. Shaun was appointed Sales Department Manager in 2012 and now has overall responsibility for Business Development, including Sales and Marketing.
Jonathan Lindstrom has a background in mechanics and electronics as well as a Business Degree from Chattanooga State Community College. He first discovered his great interest in all things electrical, working for his family’s computer repair service in his early teens.
Michael brings over 30 years of Aeronautical and Aerospace Program Management and Tactical Experience from both his U.S. Military Service and Civil Aviation Programs and Applications. Holding both a Masters in Aeronautical Engineering and a Masters in Business degree, Michael heads up our UAS/UAV Research and Development with an eye on quantifiable results and best practice solutions for each and every customer. An expert in his field, Michael offers an exceptional understanding of UAS/UAV Systems with many years of hands-on application.
Michael is also the founder of a Veteran non-profit organization that provides a business level educational program to assist and encourage U.S. Veterans with their dream of entrepreneurship and business ownership.
